2. Mihin tarkoitukseen henkilötietojani käsitellään?
Henkilötietoja käytetään vain yhdistyksen sisäisesti tapahtumien osallistujamäärien keräämiseen ja yhdistyksen toiminnasta kiinnostuneiden henkilöiden kontaktoimiseen. Lisäksi yhdistys käsittelee jäseniltään keräämiään tietoja ylläpitääkseen ajankohtaista jäsenrekisteriä.
3. Millä perusteella henkilötietojani käsitellään?
Henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu rekisteröidyn suostumukseen.
4. Tutkimuksen tai hankkeen nimi, luonne, kesto ja suorittajat
Opiskelijayrittäjyysyhdistys Patteri ry edistää toiminnallaan Kymenlaakson ja Kaakkois-Suomen ammattikorkeakoulun (Xamk) opiskelijoiden ja kampusten startup- ja opiskelijayrittäjyystoimintaa. Yhdistys tarjoaa toisen- ja kolmannen asteen opiskelijoille käytännön mahdollisuuksia työelämän kokemusten keräämiseen ja henkilökohtaisen osaamisen kehittämiseen tapahtumiensa ja toimintansa kautta.
5. Mistä lähteistä tietoni kerätään?
Henkilötiedot kerätään suostumuksen kautta suoraan kohdehenkilöiltä.
6. Luovutetaanko henkilötietojani kolmansille osapuolille?
Rekisteristä ei luovuteta tietoja kolmansille osapuolille.
7. Käsitelläänkö tietojani EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolella?
Patteri ry:ssä käytetään tallennustilana pilvipalveluita (Teams ja OneDrive). Microsoft saattaa siirtää näihin palveluihin tallennettua tietoa tai niiden varmuuskopioita EU:n tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle. 8. Kuinka kauan tietojani säilytetään?
Yhdistyksen jäsentietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin se on tarpeen. Tiedot voidaan kuitenkin yleisesti poistaa jäsenyyden päättyessä. Yhdistyksen toiminnasta kiinnostuneiden, tai yhdistyksen järjestämiin tapahtumiin osallistuneiden henkilöiden tietoja säilytetään mahdollisen rahoittajan edellytysten mukainen aika.
9. Miten henkilötietoni suojataan?
Tiedot on tallennettu tietojärjestelmään. Käyttäjillä on henkilökohtaiset käyttäjätunnukset. Järjestelmän tietoihin pääsevät ja niitä käyttävät vain ne rekisterinpitäjät henkilöt, joilla työnsä puolesta on niihin oikeus.
10. Miten voin käyttää tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisia oikeuksiani?

2. For what purpose is my personal data processed?
Personal data is only used within the association to collect the number of participants in events and to contact people interested in the association's activities. In addition, the Association processes the data it collects from its members in order to maintain an up-to-date register of members.
3. On what basis is my personal data processed?
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject.
4. Name, nature, duration and performers of the research or project
The Student Entrepreneurship Association Patteri ry promotes start-up and student entrepreneurship activities of students and campuses of the Kymenlaakso and South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk). The association offers secondary and tertiary students practical opportunities to gain work experience and develop personal skills through its events and activities.
5. From which sources is my data collected?
Personal data is collected through consent directly from the target individuals.
6. Will my personal data be transferred to third parties?
No information from the register will be disclosed to third parties.
7. Is my data processed outside the EU or EEA?
Patteri ry uses cloud storage (Teams and OneDrive). Microsoft may transfer data stored on these services or their backups outside the EU or EEA. Microsoft's privacy statement can be found at: https://privacy.microsoft.com/fi-FI/privacystatement
8. How long will my data be stored?
The Association will keep your membership data for as long as necessary. However, data can generally be deleted at the end of membership. The data of persons interested in the activities of the Association, or who have participated in events organised by the Association, will be kept for the period required by the conditions of the potential sponsor.
9. How is my personal data protected?
The data is stored in an information system. Users have personal user IDs. Only data controllers who are entitled to access and use the system for their work are allowed to do so.
