Patteri Entrepreneurship Society Code of Conduct

Introduction:

Patteri Entrepreneurship Society is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for its members, promoting entrepreneurship, and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that all members are expected to adhere to in order to maintain a positive and collaborative community.

1. Respect and Inclusivity:

1.1. Treat everyone with respect and fairness,

1.2. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas. Avoid discriminatory language or behavior that may create a hostile atmosphere.

1.3. Be open-minded and receptive to different opinions, recognizing the value of diverse viewpoints.

2. Event Conduct:

2.1. Attend Society events and activities with a positive and engaged attitude.

2.2. Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that may compromise the safety or well-being of fellow members.

2.3. Follow event guidelines and respect the instructions of organizers.

3. Collaboration and Teamwork:

3.1. Encourage collaboration and teamwork within the Society, fostering a culture of mutual support and shared success.

3.2. Communicate openly and constructively with fellow members, actively participating in group activities and initiatives.

3.3 Promote collaborative engagement among ecosystem members and facilitate the exchange of information, with a strict admonition against utilizing shared information for personal gain..

4. Confidentiality:

4.1. Respect the confidentiality of personal sensitive information shared within the Society, including business plans, ideas, and private discussions.

4.2. Use discretion when discussing Society matters outside of official channels, ensuring the protection of members' privacy and the integrity of the organization. 

By becoming a member of Patteri Entrepreneurship Society or attending any of its events, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive community.

Sanctions of breaking the Code of Conduct are verbal warning, temporary suspension and permanent suspension. Sanction will be decided by the board members in accordance with each specific case.
